Walkthrough is a service of REDD Marketing Ltd ("REDD", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (number 15697706), registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal information described here. This policy explains what we collect through propertywalkthroughs.com and our service, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you send us through the free-video form: your name, email address, brokerage, market, and optionally your phone number, plus the listing link and asking price you give us.
- What you send us by email or when you book a call: your contact details and anything you choose to tell us.
- Listing material: the listing photos and details we use to make your video. These are usually already public on the listing.
- If you buy from us: billing details such as your business name and address. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store full card numbers.
- Technical information: our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it, and our legal basis

We send follow-up and marketing emails only to the business address you gave us, and every email lets you opt out. We never sell your personal information.
Who receives it
We use these service providers, who process information for us under contract:
- GoHighLevel (United States): our CRM, where form submissions are stored.
- Vercel (United States): website hosting and the server that receives the form.
- Google Workspace (United States): business email.
- Cal.com: call booking, if you book a call.
- Our payment provider: if you pay by card.
- Video generation providers: listing photos (not your contact details) are processed to create the camera movement in your video.
We may also share information with professional advisers, or where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of these providers store information outside the United Kingdom, mainly in the United States. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Free-video enquiries that do not become customers: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Customer and billing records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires.
- Listing photos we received to make a video: deleted within 90 days of delivery, unless you ask us to keep them for re-edits.
Cookies
The site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider. You can opt out of marketing at any time. Email jordan@reddmarketing.co and we will reply within one month.
If you are in the United States, you can make the same requests by the same email, and we will honour them in line with the privacy law of your state.
If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to fix it first.
Children
Our service is for property professionals and is not aimed at anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
