Terms of service

These terms apply when you request or buy a Walkthrough video from REDD Marketing Ltd ("REDD", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales (number 15697706). "You" means the agent, team or brokerage ordering the video. Walkthrough is a business service for property professionals, not a consumer service. By sending us a listing or paying for a video, you accept these terms.

1. What we make

A Walkthrough is a video built from the photos already on your listing. We generate camera movement from those photos, put the scenes in the order of the home's layout, and add your branding and the listing details you give us. We check every clip against the original photo it came from and remove any clip that adds or changes something in the home.

What each package includes (scene ceilings, length, cuts and narration) is described on our pricing section at the time you order. Scene counts are a maximum, not a promise: if a listing has fewer usable photos, the video uses what the listing has.

2. Free video

We offer one free Single listing video per agent or brokerage, for a live listing with at least 8 usable photos, including the outside and the main rooms. We may decline a listing that does not meet this, and we will tell you before starting. A free video has the same licence as a paid one.

3. Your photos and listing

You confirm that, for every listing you send us:

• you have the right to use the photos and details for marketing that property, and to let us adapt them into a video;
• the listing details you give us (such as price and specifications) are accurate;
• the photos do not show anything you are not allowed to publish.

You are responsible for any claim that the photos you provided infringe someone else's rights.

4. Accuracy and disclosure

The video shows the home as it appears in your photos. It does not show anything the photos do not show, and it is not a substitute for a viewing. Before publishing, review the video and make sure it is accurate. You are responsible for complying with the rules of your MLS, portals and regulator, including any requirement to disclose AI-assisted or altered media. We can add a disclosure line to any video on request.

5. Delivery and changes

We aim to deliver within a few working days of receiving the listing, and will tell you if a listing will take longer. Each video includes one round of changes, such as reordering or removing scenes or correcting on-screen details. Changes outside the original scope may be charged.

6. Prices and payment

• Prices are as shown on our pricing section when you order, in US dollars or pounds sterling.
• Single listing videos and 5-packs are paid in advance. Brokerage accounts are invoiced monthly. Showcase and Bespoke work is quoted and invoiced as agreed.
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies.
• Credits from a 5-pack are valid for 12 months from purchase and cannot be refunded once a video has been delivered against them.

7. If you are not happy

If a video does not match what we described, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund what you paid for that video.

8. Ownership and licence

Once paid for (or delivered free), you may use the finished video, without watermarks, for as long as you like, anywhere you market the listing or your business: MLS, portals, your website, email and social media. You may not resell the video as a standalone product.

We keep all rights in our tools, methods, templates and software. We will not use your video or photos in our own marketing without your permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of sales or commission, or any indirect loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Ending the service

You can stop ordering at any time. Brokerage accounts can end with 30 days' written notice. Either of us may end the service immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms.

11. Your information

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

12. General

• We may update these terms. Orders placed before a change stay under the terms in force when they were placed.
• If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
